The rooftop area requires a refresh!!! The swimming pool has an old, dirty liner. The entrance suffers from a humidity smell, and I noticed cleaning staff being excessively loud in the halls. A proper metal detector should be functional to avoid confusion.

Had an incredible time with friends! The rooftop pool and stunning courtyard were perfect for relaxing. We also visited local Berber families in the foothills of the Atlas, which was a highlight. The breakfast was amazing, and the service was always friendly and accommodating. Would recommend checking out the cocktail salon. it could be a fun spot to chill out when the sun goes down.

We had some minor issues with the air conditioning, which struggled to keep the room cool at times. It didn't take away from the experience, but it was noticeable during hotter nights.

Our mornings began with incredible city views over breakfast on the rooftop. the serene atmosphere was the perfect backdrop for our getaway. The team genuinely cared, making us feel at home.

The air conditioning struggled during the heat of the afternoon, making it difficult to relax in the room. A little more attention in the afternoon would go a long way.

We enjoyed our time here – the lush garden area was perfect for a morning coffee. Room service was super quick and dealt with our late-night snack cravings. One minor hiccup was the coffee machine that didn't work right away. The bar area served creative cocktails we loved! Great staff but just need to be more attentive sometimes.

Spent two nights in a Deluxe Double Room. The rooftop pool area is fabulous for relaxing after a long day. The live music in the courtyard added to the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room struggled to keep up on hot days.
